Nowhere to go

The stories, heart-breaking. The numbers, hard to comprehend. Around half a million Filipino children are victims of online sexual abuse and exploitation. These include the creation of images, videos, and livestreams of children, sold to sex offenders around the world. Children younger than a year old have been victimized by this abuse, and this abuse can last as long as four years. All done by the crimes’ primary facilitators- their own parents and relatives.

These abuses are a public issue,
not just family affairs.

Potential reporters of these offenses usually have existing relationships with the facilitators—friends, even family, who don’t want to meddle in family affairs, and choose to turn a blind eye. These people doesn’t realize that this is everyone’s business.

The soul-stirring narratives of these two films, where audiences are whisked away into the gut-wrenching taste of reality are deliberate. With an unyielding commitment to authenticity, these films unleash an emotional whirlwind that grips the heart and awakens the conscience.

Crafted with a singular purpose, these films call for societal transformation, urging us to confront injustice and champion change. As the credits roll and the call-to-action emerges, they leave an indelible mark, igniting a desire to stand in solidarity and pave the path toward a different tomorrow. These children silently suffer abuse. You can be their voice.
